Booking rules

Please read these before you book. Booking an appointment means you agree to them.

Deposit

  • A ₱500 deposit is required to secure your slot.
  • Your deposit is deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation

  • If you cancel, your deposit is non-refundable.
  • If I cancel, your deposit is refundable, or you can reschedule.
  • Scheduled power outages, typhoons and accidents: your deposit is refundable, or you can reschedule.

Rescheduling

  • Your first reschedule is free.
  • Each reschedule after that costs ₱100.
  • Rescheduling is not allowed within 7 days of your appointment.

Late fees

  • More than 15 minutes late: ₱100 late fee.
  • 30 minutes late: ₱100 late fee, and your design will be limited.
  • 40 minutes to 1 hour late: your appointment is cancelled and your deposit is non-refundable.

Companions

  • No companions unless I approved it beforehand.

On your appointment

  • Sometimes I move your appointment time by 30 minutes to 1 hour because the previous client's design took longer than expected. I take my time to give the best results.

Removals

  • If you have polish or extensions on your nails but didn't book a removal, your appointment is cancelled, your deposit is non-refundable, and it can't be rescheduled.
  • No removal discounts, even for incomplete sets.

Nail issues

  • I can't take bookings for nails with allergies or infections.

Warranty

  • Every set has a 5-day warranty.
  • The warranty doesn't cover nails that were forcibly removed.

Inspo

  • Send your inspo at least 7 days before your appointment.
  • Changes to your inspo are only allowed up to 7 days before your appointment.
  • Inspo can't be changed on the spot.

Loyalty card

  • It's okay if you don't bring your loyalty card to your appointment, as long as you present it when claiming your prize.
  • No loyalty card means no prize to claim.
  • If your card is lost, a duplicate costs ₱500. Otherwise, a lost card is replaced for free after 10 appointments.
  • A new card is only issued once you finish all 12 appointments.
  • Promos and giveaways aren't credited to your card.

Booking

  • Nail enhancements take 2 to 3 hours, longer for complex designs.
  • I don't answer inquiries on my personal accounts, so your records stay in one place. Please message the Arci Claws page.
  • Filling out the booking form pre-books your slot. Paying the deposit reserves it.
